The pump sits outside the cold plate, using a ceramic-axis bearing rated for 25 dBA maximum noise and a flow rate of 84 L/H at 4500 RPM. Two 140 mm hydraulic-bearing fans spin between 400 and 1500 RPM, delivering up to 65.19 CFM at 30 dBA while the radiator measures 311 x 138 x 28 mm.

Copper micro-channel block

The 54 x 54 mm copper base uses 0.1 mm micro-channels for direct liquid flow and integrates a transparent rotating blade that shows coolant movement and level.
