Server-grade DDR5 RDIMM

This 64GB DDR5 module runs at 5600MHz with CL46 latency and operates at 1.1V. It is an ECC Registered DIMM built for workstation and server platforms that require registered memory. The 2Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the Supermicro SuperServer SYS-221HE-TNR, SYS-221HE-TNRD, SYS-221H-TN24R and SYS-221H-TNR systems. It will not work in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced modules.

Single-module 64GB capacity

One module delivers 64GB of registered ECC memory, expanding a compatible server by a full rank of 2Rx4 chips. The JEDEC-standard PC5-44800 speed provides headroom for multi-threaded workloads and virtualisation. Capacity scales by populating additional slots on the motherboard; the module itself cannot be split or combined with non-registered DIMMs. Systems needing more than one module must add identical registered ECC units.

288-pin registered ECC fit

Installation requires a DDR5 RDIMM slot on a supported Supermicro SuperServer board; the 1.1V operation matches the platform specification. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the chassis must be sufficient for bare modules. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, freeing signal integrity margin for fully populated configurations. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced memory is not supported.
