The 1.20 V operating voltage matches the DDR4 baseline, keeping power draw predictable. Capacity headroom ends at 128 GB per module; larger footprints require additional DIMMs and compatible memory channels.

288-Pin LRDIMM Form Factor

The 288-pin DIMM fits DDR4 server slots that support load-reduced memory and quad-rank addressing. No heat spreader is included, so airflow across the module must be supplied by the chassis. Each stick occupies one slot and frees remaining channels for further expansion, provided the platform memory controller validates the 4Rx4 configuration.
