Red 4U rackmount chassis

The iStarUSA D-400-6-RED is a 4U server chassis built for rackmount deployment. Its front bezel uses aluminum alloy with a red finish and a key lock. The main body and handle are 1.2mm SECC zinc-coated steel. It fits ATX and microATX boards up to 12 x 9.6 inches.

Seven expansion slots and six 5.25-inch bays

Seven low-profile slots support add-on cards such as RAID controllers or network adapters. Six external 5.25-inch bays accept optical drives or hot-swap cages. Two external 3.5-inch and two internal 3.5-inch bays provide additional fixed storage. Front I/O includes two USB 2.0 ports.

Single 80mm fan with optional sensor board

One 80mm fan handles baseline airflow; temperature and fan-speed LEDs only function when the optional TC-ISF08 sensor board is installed. The chassis accepts PS2 or mini-redundant power supplies. Builds needing higher static pressure or redundant cooling must add fans or choose a different enclosure.
