The Thermaltake TOUGHFAN 14 Pro arrives as a two-fan kit of 140mm case fans using 4-pin PWM control. Each unit runs from 500 to 2000 RPM and delivers 119.6 CFM airflow at 31.6 dB-A. A low-noise cable drops the range to 500-1500 RPM, 87.6 CFM and 24.5 dB-A. The Gen.2 hydraulic bearing and Liquid Crystal Polymer blades target builders who need high static pressure for radiators or dense chassis. Non-LED black finish suits stealth builds.

Radiator and restrictive-mesh upgrade

These fans replace lower-static-pressure 140mm models when airflow must push through thick radiators, dense filters or tight heatsink fins.
