This new Dell enterprise SSD provides 800 GB of storage over a 12 Gbps SAS interface. It uses mixed-use TLC NAND and a 2.5 inch form factor. The drive carries model numbers GW8T1 and MZILT800HBHQAD3 and is based on the PM1645a platform. Firmware is updated and components are tested.

Suits Dell PowerEdge servers and storage arrays

The drive is compatible with a wide range of PowerEdge rack, tower and modular servers including R630, R640, R650, R730, R740, R750, T330, T440, MX740c and MX840c models.
