The PERC H330 controller adds RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and 50 for local SAS or SATA drives installed in the two 2.5-inch caddies supplied.

Chassis and Network Constraints

The M640 only operates inside a PowerEdge MX or M1000e enclosure, so buyers without that chassis cannot deploy it. Network I/O is fixed to the Broadcom 57810S-K dual-port 10 Gb blade daughter card; no additional mezzanine cards can be added. The Matrox G200 graphics core provides basic 8 MB video output for management consoles only. Front bezel and ready rails are not included.
