Twenty-four 32 GB DDR4 registered ECC modules provide 768 GB of memory across 24 slots, expandable to 1.5 TB. The platform targets midsize and large enterprises running data warehouses, VDI, databases and HPC data nodes.

PERC H730 controller and quad-port networking

The Dell PERC H730 1 GB controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through modes for the eight 300 GB 10K SAS drives. An Intel X520/I350 daughter card adds two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ ports. iDRAC 8 Enterprise enables full remote management.
