The system targets organisations running databases, virtualisation clusters and analytics platforms that demand high core counts and large memory capacity.

Storage interface limits

The integrated PERC H755 RAID controller manages up to 24 front-accessible 2.5-inch drive bays using SATA or SAS protocols. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 with 8 GB of non-volatile cache backed by a battery. NVMe drives are not supported by this controller, so high-speed flash must use the SAS or SATA interface.
