ThinkMate DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 96GB kit contains twelve 8GB registered DDR4 modules rated at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.20V operation. It targets administrators upgrading ThinkMate rackmount servers such as the RAX-XN24, XS4, XT10, XS8, XH8, XH10, XH12, XT24 and S3 models. Each stick is a 288-pin 1Rx8 RDIMM with on-die ECC for data integrity.

Registered DIMMs for multi-slot server boards

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all twelve slots to be populated without signal degradation. Modules install directly into the server's DDR4 RDIMM sockets and require a platform that supports registered ECC memory.
