The ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS is an ATX motherboard built for Intel LGA 1700 processors. It supports 12th and 13th generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron CPUs with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 and Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0. The Intel Z690 chipset provides the platform foundation for high-performance desktop builds.
DDR5 memory support up to 192GB
Four DDR5 slots accept dual-channel memory kits at speeds from 4800 up to 6000 (OC) MHz, reaching a maximum capacity of 192GB. The board includes one SATA cable and a chassis I/O back panel as the only bundled accessories. No additional cables, driver media or software packages are supplied in the package.
PCIe 5.0 x16 and 2.5Gb LAN limits
A single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot connects directly to the CPU for graphics or high-speed add-in cards. The chipset contributes one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot running at x4 mode, one PCIe 3.0 x4 slot and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Networking is handled by an Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet controller with TUF LANGuard protection.
