Installation notes and common issues

The aluminium chassis uses a Mini-ITX board with one DDR4 SODIMM slot supporting up to 16 GB at 1866 or 2400 MHz, plus one mSATA and one 2.5-inch bay for extra storage. Installers often forget that the pre-installed 8 GB is DDR3 and cannot be mixed with the DDR4 upgrade slot, so plan a full replacement if more memory is needed.
