Industrial mini PC purpose

The Inctel I32-i7 6500U is a fanless mini desktop built around an Intel Core i7 6500U dual-core processor running at 2.5 GHz with a 15 W TDP. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD, and includes two Intel I211-AT Gigabit LAN ports plus an embedded SIM slot for 3G or 4G connectivity. The aluminium alloy chassis acts as a heatsink, making the system completely silent in operation.

Thermals noise and power

Passive cooling eliminates fan noise entirely while keeping the 15 W processor within its thermal envelope during typical workloads. The dual-core CPU with four threads handles office applications, light industrial control tasks and multi-display output through HDMI and VGA without active airflow. Power is supplied via a 12 V DC input, and the all-aluminium case dissipates heat across its full surface area.

Sustained load behaviour

Under continuous load the CPU can reach a maximum turbo frequency of 3.1 GHz while remaining within the 15 W power limit. The fanless design relies on the case mass to absorb and spread heat, so prolonged compute tasks run silently but may throttle if the chassis cannot shed heat fast enough. Two SODIMM slots are not present; the single DDR4 slot is already populated at the 16 GB maximum.
