The iStarUSA D-400SE is a 4U rackmount server chassis built for ATX and Micro ATX motherboards. It targets system integrators and IT departments that need a compact, industrial enclosure with room for multiple drives and expansion cards in a standard 19-inch rack.

Cooling Layout with 80mm and 120mm Fans

Thermal management relies on one 80mm fan and one 120mm fan mounted in the chassis. Front-panel indicators display power status, hard-drive activity, temperature and fan speed when the optional TC-ISF08 sensor board is installed, giving administrators basic environmental monitoring without extra software.

Drive Bay Configuration and Front Access

Four external 5.25-inch bays, one external 3.5-inch bay and two internal 3.5-inch bays support up to five drives for RAID arrays.
