myVolts TFX 350W Replacement PSU

This myVolts TFX power supply delivers a continuous 350 W output with a 420 W peak rating. It is designed to replace the Dell Liteon PS-5251-5 unit in slimline and small-form-factor desktops. The AT-type form factor fits the same chassis cut-out as the original 200 W, 250 W, 300 W or 350 W models. Builders upgrading an aging Dell SFF system will find a direct mechanical and electrical match.

Sustained-load behaviour

The unit is rated for 350 W continuous power rather than only a short burst. An 80 mm double ball-bearing fan provides active cooling during extended workloads. Input voltage auto-ranges from 100 V to 240 V, so the supply maintains stable rails across different mains conditions. The peak capacity of 420 W handles brief transients without tripping protection circuits.

Installation notes

The cable harness includes a 20+4 pin motherboard connector, a 4-pin CPU plug, two Molex, a floppy connector and two SATA leads. Match each plug to the corresponding socket on the motherboard and drives; the keyed headers prevent mis-insertion. The TFX enclosure slides into the existing bracket and secures with the original screws. Builders needing additional SATA or PCIe connectors beyond the supplied set will require adapter cables.
