Dual-bay mSATA enclosure
The Orico MSG-RC3-SV holds two mSATA solid-state drives in a single aluminium chassis. It connects to a host computer through a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port that delivers up to 10 Gbps of bus bandwidth. The enclosure is powered entirely from the USB-C connection so no external adapter is required. It is aimed at users who want portable access to legacy mSATA media.
RAID 0 or independent access
Each bay accepts an mSATA drive up to 2 TB for a combined ceiling of 4 TB. In RAID 0 mode the two drives are striped together to double sequential throughput while the 10 Gbps link keeps the pipe full. In PM mode the drives appear as separate volumes so you can swap or manage them independently. Hot-swap support lets you change media without rebooting.
Slim aluminium build with USB-C cable
The case measures 5.43 x 1.69 x 0.43 inches and is just 11 mm thick, sliding easily into a bag or pocket. A 30 cm USB-C to USB-C cable is included for immediate connection to modern laptops and desktops. A screwdriver is supplied for drive installation and the tool-less screw-lock lid secures the drives without extra hardware.
