128 GB DDR4 3200 ECC LRDIMM for Gigabyte servers

This 128 GB DDR4 3200 ECC load-reduced DIMM is built for Gigabyte H282-Z60, H282-ZC0, H282-ZC1, MD72-HB2 and MD72-HB3 servers and workstations. It delivers registered ECC reliability for multi-socket platforms that require LRDIMM topology. It is not compatible with standard desktop motherboards or with unbuffered and registered ECC modules.

Installation requires matching LRDIMM population

The module fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 slot but must only be installed in systems that support load-reduced memory. Mixing with unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs will prevent boot or cause instability. Follow the server vendor's population guide for rank limits per channel and ensure all slots in a channel use identical LRDIMM specifications.

128 GB single-module capacity

One module provides 128 GB at PC4-25600 CL22 1.2 V, reducing slot count for large memory footprints. The part is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s buses, so it will clock down to match slower platforms. Capacity scales with the number of supported LRDIMM slots; systems limited to fewer slots or lower maximum memory per socket will not use the full potential of this module.
