Single-module DDR3 upgrade

This OWC module adds four gigabytes of DDR3 1066 memory to the NCR POS N3000 Site Controller (1657). It uses the 204-pin SODIMM form factor and runs at 1.5 volts with CL7 latency. The stick is unbuffered, non-ECC and built to JEDEC PC3-8500 specifications.

Fits the N3000 site controller only

The part is validated for the N3000 (1657) and will not work in systems that require a different pin count, voltage or DDR generation. Buyers who need ECC error correction, registered modules, higher capacities or a different memory standard should look at other products.

Because the module is unbuffered and non-ECC, sustained workloads behave like any standard DDR3 SODIMM at 1066 MT/s. No heat spreader is fitted, so adequate chassis airflow keeps temperatures stable during continuous operation.
