Server-grade ECC LRDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 64GB of DDR4 memory in a matched pair of 32GB modules. Each stick is a 288-pin load-reduced DIMM with ECC and a 4Rx4 organisation, built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered error-correcting memory. It will not work in standard desktop platforms or alongside unbuffered DIMMs.

Thermals and power profile

Operating at 1.2V, the modules run at the standard DDR4 voltage for reduced power draw in densely populated memory channels. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the bare PCB manages thermals in typical server chassis. Backward compatibility with 2133MHz systems allows the kit to clock down automatically when installed in older platforms.

Build integration notes

The dual-channel kit occupies two DIMM slots and delivers 64GB total capacity for memory-intensive workloads. Compliance with JEDEC PC4-19200 specifications ensures broad OEM compatibility, while the load-reduced design lowers electrical load on the memory controller.
