Single 64 GB DDR4 LRDIMM for servers

This 288-pin module delivers 64 GB of ECC load-reduced memory at DDR4 3200 with CL22 timing and 1.2 V operation. It targets administrators upgrading workstations, servers or NAS systems that require registered ECC DIMMs.

Limited to platforms that accept LRDIMMs

The module follows the JEDEC DDR4 3200 standard and is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz bus speeds. It will not function in consumer desktops or laptops that only support unbuffered non-ECC memory, and it cannot be mixed with unbuffered DIMMs in the same system.

Replaces lower-capacity or slower registered DIMMs

Installing this 4Rx4 stick increases total memory capacity in a single slot, which is useful when all DIMM sockets are populated or when moving from 2133, 2400, 2666 or 2933 MHz modules to the 3200 MHz speed grade. The jump is worthwhile when the platform supports load-reduced ECC and the workload benefits from the higher density and bandwidth.
