The Panasonic Toughbook CF-20 MK1 is a fully rugged detachable laptop that operates as both a laptop and a tablet. It targets field workers who need a 10.1 inch WUXGA multi-touch display readable in sunlight and usable with gloves or a stylus. The Intel Core m5-6Y57 vPro processor provides a base frequency of 1.10 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 2.80 GHz. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed on the 256GB SSD with 8GB DDR3L memory.

Passive cooling and low power draw

The Core m5-6Y57 processor runs at low thermal design power so the tablet section uses passive cooling without audible fans during normal workloads. The detachable keyboard base adds no active cooling components either.
