Dual Xeon E5-2680 v4 1U server

The Supermicro SYS-6018U-TR4T+ is a 1U rackmount server fitted with two Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4 processors running at 2.4 GHz with 14 cores each. It includes 64 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC memory across four modules. The system targets virtualization, high-performance computing and cloud workloads that benefit from dual-socket density in a single rack unit.

4-bay 3.5" hot-plug limit

Only four 3.5-inch SATA or SAS drive bays are available, all hot-pluggable and served by the LSI MegaRAID 9361-8i controller with 1 GB cache and battery backup. RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 are supported, but the bay count caps raw capacity and spindle count. Buyers who need more storage bays must choose a different chassis.

Quad 10GBase-T networking

Connectivity is provided by a Supermicro AOC-UR-i4XT add-on card with an Intel X540 controller delivering four RJ45 10GBase-T ports. A dedicated RJ45 IPMI 2.0 port handles remote KVM and virtual media management. No other onboard network interfaces are present, so environments requiring additional 1 GbE or fibre links need extra expansion cards.
