The Supermicro SYS-6029U-E1CR4T is a 2U rackmount server system built for virtualization, hyper-converged storage and cloud workloads. Dual Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 processors run at 2.1 GHz with 24 cores each and 3.7 GHz turbo. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR4-2666 ECC registered memory are installed across four 16 GB modules. A MegaRAID 9361-8i controller provides eight SAS 12 Gb/s ports with 1 GB cached battery backup.
