Standalone 1-to-9 SATA duplicator

The Acumen Disc H09-SATA3 duplicates up to 9 SATA hard drives or solid-state drives simultaneously. It operates without a host computer, so no software or host connection is required. The unit accepts 3.5" and 2.5" SATA drives directly in its slot-load bays. It is built for IT teams, forensic labs and duplication services that need secure, standalone copying and sanitising.

SATA interface throughput and erase compliance

Each bay runs at up to 600MB/s, delivering 36GB per minute per slot during copy operations. The controller offers two copy modes: System and Files for quick copying, and Whole HDD for a full sector-by-sector image. Seven erase modes are available, including Quick Erase, Full Erase, Secure Erase, Enhanced SSD Erase, HPA Erase, and DoD 3-pass and 7-pass methods compliant with the 5220.22-M standard.

Slot-load bays and AC power input

Drives insert vertically into the slot-load bays without adapters for either 3.5" or 2.5" form factors. The chassis houses an internal power supply that accepts 115-230 V AC at 50/60 Hz, so the unit plugs directly into mains power. Four front-panel buttons control all duplication and erase functions. The design targets users who need a dedicated, rack-mountable duplicator rather than a portable USB dock.
