LGA 1200 board for 10th and 11th Gen Intel CPUs

The ASRock B560 Steel Legend accepts LGA 1200 processors from both the 10th and 11th generations. Four DDR4 slots support up to 128 GB in dual-channel mode. Memory speeds scale with the installed CPU generation, reaching 4800+(OC) with 11th Gen and 4666+(OC) with 10th Gen parts.

Steel Legend build with 2.5 Gbps LAN

The board uses an ATX layout with reinforced PCIe slots and a full-coverage heatsink design. A Dragon RTL8125BG controller provides 2.5 Gbps Ethernet. One Hyper M.2 socket runs at Gen4x4 when paired with an 11th Gen processor, while a second M.2 socket and six SATA 6Gb/s ports handle additional storage. Rear I/O includes HDMI, DisplayPort 1.4, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and 7.1-channel audio via Realtek ALC897.

Polychrome SYNC headers and updated BIOS

Two RGB LED headers and two addressable LED headers support Polychrome SYNC lighting control for strips up to 36 W and 15 W respectively. An SPI TPM header and chassis intrusion header are provided for security features. The BIOS ships updated to the latest version for immediate compatibility with supported processors.
