Eight cores per CPU deliver 16 total threads for virtualised workloads, databases and high-performance computing clusters. It targets organisations that need maximum compute density without sacrificing memory capacity or storage performance.

Fits standard racks with redundant power

The 1U chassis occupies minimal rack height while providing 24 DDR4 slots, currently populated with 128 GB of 2666 MHz registered ECC memory and expandable to 3 TB. Dual 750 W platinum hot-swap supplies maintain uptime during a module failure. Eight 2.5-inch drive bays connect to a PERC H730P controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. A quad-port network daughter card adds two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ links for flexible fabric integration.

Ready Rails and iDRAC9 Enterprise included

Sliding rails and a front bezel ship with the server so installation in a standard four-post rack requires no extra hardware. The iDRAC9 Enterprise licence enables full remote KVM, virtual media, telemetry streaming and automated firmware updates without an operating system. Eight 800 GB SATA SSDs are pre-installed, delivering high IOPS for boot, caching or mixed-read workloads straight from the factory.
