The PERC H730 controller with 1GB cache manages RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through, offloading parity calculations from the CPUs. iDRAC 8 Enterprise provides remote monitoring and management without adding to the thermal budget.
