Sustained throughput with 10 K SAS and H730P RAID
Four 300 GB 10 K SAS drives connect to the H730P controller, providing hardware RAID with cache-backed write performance that holds steady under continuous mixed workloads. The 10 K spindle speed keeps latency predictable for transactional databases and virtual machine storage. Eight 2.5-inch bays remain available for capacity expansion without changing the storage topology.
Redundant power and remote management built in
Dual 1100 W power supplies deliver N+1 redundancy so a single supply failure does not interrupt operation. The Intel X550 network daughter card supplies two 10 Gb RJ45 and two 1 Gb RJ45 ports for segregated traffic. iDRAC9 Enterprise gives full out-of-band control over power, console and firmware updates from any browser.
