Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4-2666 ECC registered memory across four modules supports reliable operation.

Dual 1100 W platinum power supplies

Redundant hot-swap 1100-watt platinum-efficiency units share the load and maintain uptime if one module fails. The 2U form factor limits airflow compared with taller servers, so the dual-processor configuration and dense drive population will generate noticeable heat under sustained load. Fan speeds ramp to keep component temperatures within specification, producing audible noise typical of high-density rack equipment. Power draw scales with drive count and CPU utilisation, so a fully populated chassis approaches the supply rating.

PERC H330 controller and iDRAC 9 Enterprise
