The Dell PowerEdge R750 is a 2U rack server built for data-intensive enterprise applications. It ships with two Intel Xeon Gold 6330 processors, each providing 28 cores at 2.0 GHz with a 3.1 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 128 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across eight 16 GB modules and supports up to 2 TB total capacity. Dual 1400 W platinum power supplies and iDRAC9 Enterprise remote management come standard.

Twelve-bay 3.5-inch SATA storage with PERC H755 RAID

This configuration populates all twelve 3.5-inch drive bays with 8 TB enterprise SATA hard drives spinning at 7.2K rpm. The Dell PERC H755 controller provides 8 GB of non-volatile cache backed by a battery and supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. A Broadcom 57412 dual-port 10 GbE SFP+ OCP 3.0 network card handles high-speed connectivity. Ready Rails and a front bezel are included for immediate rack mounting.

Under continuous load the dual 28-core Xeon processors maintain high clock speeds while the PERC H755 cache absorbs write bursts to protect array performance. The 128 GB DDR4 2933 MHz memory subsystem feeds multi-threaded workloads without swapping.
