The Dell Precision 7920 tower delivers dual Intel Xeon Gold 5122 processors at 3.6 GHz with 8 cores and 16 threads via hyperthreading. It is equipped with 1536 GB of DDR4-2666 ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots. A 1 TB NVMe M.2 SSD on a PCIe adapter card provides fast storage. The AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 graphics card adds 8 GB of GDDR5 memory. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Build integration and expandability

The 1400 W power supply supports the dual-CPU configuration and the Radeon Pro WX 7100 without requiring an external power brick. Twenty-four DDR4 slots allow memory to reach the platform maximum of 1536 GB, freeing all slots for future upgrades. The tower chassis includes a DVD±RW drive and standard PCIe expansion slots for additional cards. No monitor is included, so a display must be supplied separately.
