The chassis includes redundant hot-swap power supplies and an HP Smart HBA H240 controller managing two 146GB 15K SAS drives. Eight small-form-factor bays provide internal storage expansion room.

The single-socket configuration delivers six cores for general-purpose tasks, virtualization hosts, or file and print services where dual-processor throughput is not required. Buyers who need more than the installed 16GB of memory or who require support for more than two processors should evaluate larger platforms.
