Each module uses 1Rx4 organisation and registered signalling to maintain stability at 6400 MHz while multi-bit ECC detects and corrects errors beyond the on-die single-bit correction built into every DDR5 component. The XMP 3.0 profile lets the system apply validated timings and voltage automatically.

288-pin RDIMM installation notes

Modules install in standard DDR5 RDIMM slots; the integrated heat spreader adds height, so verify cooler clearance before seating all four sticks. Populate slots according to the motherboard manual to enable quad-channel operation and ensure the XMP profile loads at the rated 1.35 V.
