NV3 1TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe

The Kingston NV3 is a 1TB internal solid state drive built on a single-sided M.2 2280 PCB. It uses 3D TLC NAND and a Phison PS5021-E21 controller to deliver up to 6000MB/s read and 4000MB/s write speeds for desktops, laptops and compact handheld consoles.

Upgrade from slower NVMe or hard drives

Replacing an older PCIe 3.0 NVMe drive or a mechanical hard drive with the NV3 brings sustained sequential reads of 6000MB/s and writes of 4000MB/s, plus 420,000 random read IOPS and 390,000 random write IOPS.
