This 384GB kit contains twelve 32GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate servers and workstations. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that reduces electrical load on the memory controller in multi-DIMM configurations. Modules are stress tested under load before shipping to verify stability during continuous operation. Verify that the target Thinkmate system accepts 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs and supports 32GB density per slot across twelve slots. Confirm the BIOS recognises 2Rx8 registered modules at 3200MT/s without down-clocking. Ensure the memory controller can address the full 384GB total capacity with the current firmware revision.
