4Rx4 Rank Configuration

Each 128GB module uses a 4Rx4 organisation that increases density but places higher electrical load on the memory bus. The server motherboard must explicitly support 4Rx4 registered DIMMs at this capacity. Boards qualified only for 1Rx4 or 2Rx4 ranks will not recognise the full 512GB.
