The Thermaltake TOUGHAIR 710 is a dual-tower air cooler rated for 250 W TDP. It supports Intel sockets from LGA 1150 through LGA 1851 and AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. Two 140 mm fans mount vertically on the heatsink and connect via 4-pin PWM headers. The unit stands 165 mm tall and uses a copper base with seven heat pipes in a grey finish.

Sustained-load behaviour with L.N.C. mode

Under continuous load the fans run between 500 and 1400 RPM, delivering 81.96 CFM per fan at 23.9 dB-A. Engaging the supplied Low-Noise Cable drops the range to 300–1100 RPM, reducing airflow to 65.03 CFM and noise to 18.5 dB-A. The dual-tower layout provides a larger dissipation area so temperatures stabilise during extended workloads rather than spiking in short bursts.
