Purpose-built pressure fan

The Arctic P12 Silent is a 120mm case fan optimised for static pressure, making it suited to heatsinks, radiators and partly covered vents. It uses a fluid-dynamic bearing and runs at a fixed 1050 RPM, delivering 24.1 CFM of airflow. The 3-pin power connector provides simple voltage control without a separate controller. The motor is rated at 0.08 Sone, placing it in the virtually silent category.

Upgrade from stock sleeve-bearing fans

Builders replacing noisy stock fans with sleeve bearings will notice lower audible noise and more consistent pressure delivery through restrictive surfaces. The jump is worth it when the chassis has dense fin stacks or radiator mesh that demands directed airflow rather than raw volume.
