The Dell PowerEdge R730 is a 2U rack server equipped with two Intel Xeon E5-2660 v4 processors. Each CPU runs at 2.0 GHz with a 3.2 GHz turbo frequency and provides 14 cores, giving 28 threads in total. The system ships with 256 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots. It is designed for midsize and large enterprise workloads such as virtualization, databases and high-performance computing nodes.

This configuration fits buyers who need dense compute and memory capacity in a 2U form factor with redundant 750 W power supplies. Eight 300 GB 10K SAS drives included
