PowerEdge T430 tower server

The PowerEdge T430 is a 5U rack-mount server built for small-office and remote-office workloads such as file serving, mail and web hosting. Two Xeon E5-2660 v4 processors provide 28 cores at 2.0 GHz with 3.2 GHz turbo, while 64 GB of DDR4 ECC memory supports virtualisation and database tasks. Dual 750 W platinum power supplies and iDRAC 8 Express remote management keep the system running with minimal on-site attention. The front bezel is included for a clean rack appearance.

PERC H730 controller with eight 8 TB SAS drives

A Dell PERC H730 1 GB cache controller manages the eight installed 3.5-inch 7.2K SAS drives in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 or 60 plus pass-through modes. The twelve drive bays and twelve memory slots leave room for storage and memory expansion up to 384 GB. Integrated Broadcom 5720 dual-port 1 GbE networking handles standard office traffic without extra cards.
