Two Intel Xeon E5-2683 v4 processors each provide 16 cores at 2.1 GHz with 3.0 GHz turbo, giving 32 total cores for multi-threaded applications. Installed memory occupies eight of twelve slots, leaving four slots open to reach the 384 GB maximum.
