The Fanxiang S501Q is a 1TB internal drive in the M.2 2280 form factor. It connects through a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 interface and uses 3D NAND QLC memory. The drive targets laptops, desktops and all-in-one systems that have an M.2 slot.
Graphite sticker cooling and slim profile
A graphite heat dissipation sticker is applied to the controller to manage temperatures without a bulky heatsink. The board measures 2.40mm in height and 22.00mm in width, so it fits tight laptop bays and low-profile desktop boards. Installation screws are included in the package.
320TBW endurance and 70°C operating ceiling
Sequential reads reach up to 3500MBps and writes up to 2500MBps thanks to an SLC cache layer. The drive is rated for 320TB written and a 1,500,000-hour MTBF. It operates from 0°C to 70°C and draws no external power beyond the M.2 slot.
