This universal driver board connects SPI e-Paper raw panels to Raspberry Pi Zero, 2B, 3B and 3B+ models as well as Jetson Nano and STM32 boards. It is designed for makers and developers building low-power display projects. The HAT format simplifies prototyping on supported single-board computers.

SPI interface and voltage limits

Communication relies on a standard SPI bus, so the host controller must provide a compatible SPI master peripheral. An onboard voltage translator allows safe operation with both 3.3V and 5V logic levels. Panels requiring parallel interfaces or higher voltage logic are not supported by this shield.

32-pin panel connector
