Lay Filaments

Lay Filaments BENDLAY tough 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 0.75kg

SKU CH-J1AC-XH519

Tough, translucent 1.75 mm filament prints at 230–240 °C with ±0.1 mm tolerance and 0.75 kg per spool

  • Nearly clear prints thanks to extreme translucency
  • No stress whitening when parts are bent
  • Safe for household, food and medical use
  • Low moisture absorption reduces warping risk
  • Prints at 230 - 240 degC with ± 0.1 mm tolerance

Filament material and safety

Lay Filaments BENDLAY is a modified butadiene filament designed for tough, translucent prints. It is rated safe for household items, food-contact parts and medical devices. The material prints without stress whitening when bent and serves as an alternative to ABS or soft PLA.

Printing temperature window

The filament extrudes reliably between 230 and 240 degrees Celsius. Diameter tolerance is held to ± 0.1 mm on the 1.75 mm stock, giving consistent flow through standard hot-ends. Moisture absorption is lower than ABS, so warping is reduced during long prints.

Spool capacity and post-processing

Each spool supplies 0.75 kg of filament for extended print runs. Finished parts stay flexible and can be smoothed or bonded with brake cleaner, while acetone causes the material to crumble. Users needing higher temperature resistance or rigid structural parts should choose a different polymer.

この商品に関する質問

Should I pick the 1.75 mm diameter spool or is another size available?

This spool is supplied only in 1.75 mm diameter with a ± 0.1 mm tolerance, so there is no alternative size to choose.

What does the 230–240 °C printing temperature mean for my printer setup?

You need a hot-end that can reach at least 240 °C and hold it steadily; most all-metal hot-ends handle this range without modification.

Will the 1.75 mm filament work with my printer’s 1.75 mm Bowden or direct-drive extruder?

Yes, the 1.75 mm diameter matches the standard 1.75 mm feed path used by both Bowden and direct-drive extruders.
