AM4 Micro-ATX board for Ryzen 3000 and 4000 G-Series

The MSI A520M-A PRO uses the AMD A520 chipset on a Micro-ATX form factor. It accepts 3rd Gen Ryzen desktop processors and Ryzen 4000 G-Series APUs in the AM4 socket. Two 288-pin DDR4 slots support up to 64GB of dual-channel memory. One PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot and one PCIe 3.0 x1 slot handle expansion cards.

Sustained operation with Core Boost and 2oz copper

Core Boost arranges an optimized power circuit layout with digital regulation to deliver stable current to the CPU during extended workloads. The PCB uses 2oz thickened copper to improve heat dissipation and conductivity across the board. This combination helps maintain consistent performance when the processor runs at higher loads for longer periods.

PCIe 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s set the interface ceiling

The single M.2 Key M slot operates at PCIe 3.0 x4 speeds for NVMe SSDs and also accepts SATA 6Gb/s drives in 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths. Four SATA 6Gb/s ports support RAID 0, 1 and 10 arrays. HDMI 2.1 outputs up to 4096x2160 at 60Hz while DVI-D reaches 1920x1200 at 60Hz, both requiring a CPU with integrated graphics.
