TFX 420W Replacement PSU

This TFX form-factor power supply replaces the FSP FSP250-50SAV unit in slimline and small-form-factor desktops. It fits systems that originally shipped with 200, 250, 300 or 350 watt power supplies. The 80 mm double ball-bearing fan provides active cooling. Input voltage ranges from 100 to 240 volts.

Capacity and headroom

Maximum output is 420 watts, giving headroom above the original 250 watt rating and common 300 or 350 watt replacements. It comfortably powers typical office peripherals and integrated graphics. High-end discrete graphics cards or multiple drives may exceed the available power.

Connector complement

The unit supplies a 20+4 pin motherboard connector, a 4-pin CPU connector, two Molex connectors, a floppy connector and two SATA connectors. Builds requiring PCIe power cables or additional SATA ports cannot use this supply.
