ECC and registered operation provide the error correction and signal integrity required for mission-critical server workloads. Modules run at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency at 1.2V. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits the validated platforms directly.
Upgrade From Lower Capacity Or Non-ECC
The jump is worth it when your current configuration lacks the 192GB total capacity or runs unbuffered non-ECC memory that cannot meet data-integrity demands. Registered 2Rx4 organisation allows the memory controller to address higher densities per channel than unbuffered alternatives. Systems already populated to the maximum supported slot count cannot accept this kit without removing existing modules.
DDR4 3200 Registered Interface Limits
DDR4 3200 sets the maximum transfer rate at PC4-25600 and the registered buffer adds one clock cycle of command latency versus unbuffered modules.
