This 1 TB kit contains eight 128 GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules built for THINKMATE STX-TN-XE60-24S3 NAS servers. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and use 4Rx4 organisation on 288-pin DIMMs.
Build integration
Each stick fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slot and requires a motherboard that supports registered ECC memory at PC4-25600 speed.
