Capacity and compatibility
This 1 TB kit contains eight 128 GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules built for THINKMATE STX-TN-XE60-24S3 NAS servers. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and use 4Rx4 organisation on 288-pin DIMMs.
Build integration
Each stick fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slot and requires a motherboard that supports registered ECC memory at PC4-25600 speed. No heat spreader is fitted so airflow in dense chassis is unrestricted. The kit fills eight slots at once, leaving no empty sockets for later single-module expansion.
Sustained operation
Samsung, Micron or Hynix ICs are stress-tested under load to verify stability during continuous server duty. Registered signalling and ECC correction keep error rates low over long periods. The 1.2 V operating voltage limits thermal output when all eight modules run at full 3200 MT/s throughput.
