This NEMIX RAM kit provides 256GB across two 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs. It is built for Thinkmate Supermicro SuperServer 510P-WT, 510P-WTR and 110P-WTR systems requiring registered memory with error correction. The modules run at 1.2V with CL22 latency.
